Liberity Agriculture’s educational project consists of two parts: an agricultural school and an elementary school.

The Agricultural School:
The agricultural school will offer a theoretic and practical education in sustainable and environmentally friendly tropical farming. The education will take seven years to complete. The school will charge a school fee in order to ensure, that it can continue to exist once the temporary financial support is withdrawn. Through the practical part of the education the students will have the opportunity to make money for themselves, their families, and their school fees. The project will target both female and male students, and it will strive to promote gender equality by giving both women and men equal opportunities to be able to get an education, to become self-supporting and to have equal rights.
By 2020 the agricultural school should be self-financed and independent of financial support from foreign donors. For more information on the agricultural school, click here.

The Elementary School:
The elementary school will offer high quality basic education to children from kindergarten through eighth grade. The teaching will live up to Liberian standards for elementary schools in every way, and will strive to surpass the minimum demands. The schooling will seek to promote gender equality, and to ensure equal rights and opportunities for both girls and boys. The school will charge a school fee, as it is a clear goal that the school in time should be able to run without financial support from donors.
By 2020 the school should be self-financed and independent of financial support from foreign donors. For more information on the elementary school, click here.
